Parliament’s AKP Group required lawmakers to have the Covid-19 test to attend the opening of the 4th Legislative Year on Thursday, when Erdoğan attended.
AKP Group President Naci Bostancı, in the message he sent to his party’s deputies, stipulated that they take the Covid-19 test to participate in the opening of the Parliament where Erdoğan will attend.
The 27th Term of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the 4th Legislative Year, will officially begin at 13:00 with a ceremony to be held at the Atatürk Monument in the Assembly. The General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly will meet at 14:00 with a special agenda under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the Assembly, Mustafa Şentop.
Following Şentop’s presentation speech, President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will make the opening speech. Then the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly will close again to open on Tuesday, October 6.
AKP Group President Naci Bostancı sent a message to the lawmakers for the opening of the Assembly to be held on Thursday, October 1st. In the message, it was stated that the party’s Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan would attend the opening of the Parliament, and MPs were asked to take the Covid-19 test and notify them by 12.00 on Thursday.
The message Bostancı sent to the attorneys is as follows:
Our deputies who will attend the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, which will be opened on Thursday, October 1, 2020, with the address of our President and President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan;
Between 08:00 – 14:00 on Wednesday, September 30, 2020; Covid-19 test at the TBMM hospital or in their provinces; and they must have received their results before 12:00 on Thursday at the latest.
According to the test results; I kindly request our deputies to attend the opening of the 4th legislative year on Thursday.
