Klitschko said why the number of deaths from COVID-19 increased in Kiev – news on UNN


KIEV. September 2. UNN. The number of deaths from the coronavirus disease COVID-19 in Kiev has increased due to a sharp increase in the number of patients. The mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko said this during an online briefing, the correspondent reports. UNN.

“We have, over the past few weeks, the number of patients has increased sharply. And more and more hospitalized in serious condition. Therefore, the number of deaths has also increased,” Klitschko said.

According to him, most of the dead are elderly people and patients with various pathologies. Also, many turn to doctors not at the onset of the disease, and also try to heal themselves.

As reported UNN, over the past day in Ukraine was recorded 51 deaths from COVID-19.
