Such drivers will be insured with the possibility of extending insurance if the COVID-19 epidemic in the country continues. Insurance is made by INGO company.
“From the very beginning of the epidemic, we are making every effort to minimize the risk of contracting viral infections: we have opened stations for disinfecting cars inside and out, as well as introduced a category of cars with transparent partitions. The situation in the world shows that the fight against coronavirus is not over yet and the risk of infection may remain for a long time. Therefore, we decided to insure drivers in case of COVID-19, “said Taras Potichny, Bolt regional manager.
Since July 2019, each trip from the Bolt service has been insured for up to UAH 1 million.
In addition, during the quarantine period, the Bolt platform handed over 105 thousand promotional codes for free trips worth 20 million UAH to health workers. The initiative for the transport of doctors operates in Kiev, Lviv and Kharkov.
