A coronavirus hospital was opened in Khamovniki. He earned on the basis of the clinic of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov on Pogodinskaya street. The hospital was visited by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko.
“We continue to actively create a bed fund for the fight against coronavirus. Before that, as you saw, we actively used the city network, city clinics. In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Minister of Health, we worked out a system of assisting the city at the expense of federal clinics, and they actively joined in the work. And here, one of the most powerful coronavirus centers, which will number about two thousand beds in the end, today the first stage opens, ”said Sergei Sobyanin.
The Moscow Mayor expressed gratitude to the Minister of Health of Russia and to all those who actively joined the work. Mikhail Murashko, in turn, thanked the doctors who, in a very short period of time, redesigned the hospital and prepared to provide medical care.
“We are opening multidisciplinary hospitals that perform such a list of works and services that they can accept a completely different profile of patients. Not only with a single-discipline disease – with pneumonia – but also with pathology, which is a chronic disease. High-class specialists are actually ready to provide assistance at any level. And it is very important that today both federal and city institutions have become in one row to provide assistance to patients and residents of the city of Moscow, ”the Minister said.
Coronavirus centers will earn on the basis of four clinical hospitals First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov. As part of the first phase, 700 beds were redesigned: 400 beds in the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 (V.Kh. Vasilenko Building, 1 Pogodinskaya Street) and 300 in the Clinical Hospital No. 4 (15 Dovatora Street).
“Since this is the clinic of the First Honey, it still acts today as a federal advisory center. And every day, doctors from all over the country consult with specialists in this clinic about the most difficult patients. Plus, they developed methodological manuals, translated foreign literature, and in fact the clinic today is such a leader in developing patient management tactics and assisting specialists from all over the country, ”added Mikhail Murashko.
The building named after V.Kh. Vasilenko (clinic of propaedeutics of internal diseases, gastroenterology and hepatology) on Pogodinskaya street was equipped with mechanical ventilation devices. They installed a computer tomograph, which is the most effective tool for diagnosing pneumonia, and also organized 12 resuscitation and intensive care beds. To prevent the spread of infection, “clean” and “dirty” zones are organized in the medical institution, sanitary inspection rooms (gateways) are installed.
By April 13, plans to deploy on the basis of clinics of Sechenov University 1300 more beds, including:
– 500 beds – at the University Clinical Hospital No. 3 (Clinic for Nervous Diseases named after A.Y. Kozhevnikov and the building named after E.M. Tareev);
– 800 beds at the University Clinical Hospital No. 1.
“I would like to note that the team is prepared, the medical team is prepared, the faculty is also prepared. Everyone is ready to work, and I think that the federal center that operates today at our base gives quite serious consultations to all patients of our country who need them, ”said Petr Glybochko, rector of Sechenovskiy University.
In city polyclinics as district therapists came to work 167 residentshaving a diploma from Sechenov University with a degree in “medical care” or “pediatrics.” In total, 730 residents of Moscow universities are currently working in Moscow polyclinics. Each of them has a certificate confirming that they have passed the admission exam for medical or pharmaceutical activities in the posts of paramedical staff. Residents also passed primary accreditation to work as general practitioners. Before starting work, they mastered the EMIAS system and underwent a detailed briefing on assisting patients with suspected coronavirus infection.

All coronavirus departments trained staff and prepared facilities for receiving patients with coronavirus infection. Patients will be taken as needed.
Four city hospitals have opened specialized departments for patients with community-acquired pneumonia. We are talking about the Yudin Hospital, the Mukhin Hospital, the Demikhov Hospital and the Pletnev Hospital.
Preparations are continuing for the deployment of hospitals for the treatment of patients in several buildings of federal, city and private hospitals. In the settlement of Voronovsky (TiNAO) in the near future they will complete the construction of an infectious diseases hospital with 500 beds. If necessary, up to 20 thousand beds can be deployed in the city for hospitalization of patients with COVID-19.
Also introduced salary allowance coronavirus hospital staff. For doctors, it is 70 thousand rubles a month, for nurses – 50 thousand rubles a month. Junior medical staff and other employees receive an additional 30 thousand rubles per month.
