Over the past 24 hours, the number of people living with coronavirus has increased by another 31 people.

Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko reported about it Telegram.

“Over the past 24 hours, the number of people living with coronavirus has increased by 31 more. One case is fatal. The virus is coming. Today, there are 245 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the capital,” Klitschko wrote.

He specified that they became ill: 18 women aged 21 to 78 years, 13 men aged 19 to 78 years.

One – 71-year-old man – died.

According to the mayor of Kiev, 10 patients were hospitalized in metropolitan hospitals, 21 were treated at home for self-isolation, under the supervision of doctors.

“Only three people from Kiev who have fallen ill in the past day have recently gone abroad. Other borders of Ukraine have not been abandoned. This means that the virus is increasingly covering Kyiv. And that all calls for restrictions are not idle words or horror stories!” – Klitschko notes.

As reported by Ukrinform, as of 22:00 on April 4 in Ukraine there are 1225 laboratory-confirmed PCR studies of COVID-19 cases.
