The mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, made a slip of the tongue during the briefing, calling the minor children “inferior.” The recording of the performance is published on the website YouTube.

The politician spoke about the incidence of coronavirus in the Ukrainian capital. He stated that among the sick were “two inferior children: a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl”. His statement caused bewilderment of the audience – commentators advise Klitschko to carefully monitor their words.

“Doctors have revealed a new symptom of coronavirus – speech illegibility,” one of the commentators joked.

In Ukraine, quarantine. The border is closed, classes at educational institutions are suspended and the subway does not work. Mass events are prohibited, many shops and enterprises are closed. Prime Minister Denis Shmygal declaredthat with a decrease in the dynamics of the incidence of quarantine measures can be weakened at the end of April.
